Our valued Management Team Members oversee all aspects of the unit operation in a lively, fast-paced environment. Thorough hands-on training on our proprietary systems and procedures will be provided. Responsibilities include: Hire, inspire, train, develop, terminate, and discipline team members Supervise and direct employee work Ensure consistent achievement of food quality, taste, presentation, guest service, and safety standards Maintain the unit's cleanliness and sanitation Engage with guests to ensure pleasant experiences Work throughout the restaurant in various positions Monitor and order inventory and supplies Record sales, expenses, payroll, and other financial records Deliver cash deposits to the local depository bank Create and adhere to the unit's budget Coordinate local area marketing activities Understand and adhere to employment and food service laws and regulations Requirements: Working holidays and weekends is typically required. The work schedule typically requires approximately 50 hours per week. Outgoing, enthusiastic, organized and dependable. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to perform without supervision. Able to use a computer to record unit data and be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. A valid Driver's License is required. Experience: Two years of restaurant experience with at least one of the years at Management level. Education: Preference will be given to applicants with a High School Diploma.
