Meat Cutter We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Meat Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cutting, trimming, and preparing various types of meat to meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to specifications and customer orders. Ensure all meat products meet quality and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment. Operate cutting tools and machinery safely and efficiently. Inspect meat for defects or spoilage and remove any unsuitable products. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers. Skills Proficient in meat cutting techniques and use of related tools. Knowledge of meat safety and sanitation standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Good physical stamina and manual dexterity. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Qualifications Previous experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role preferred. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
