Warehouse Operator Specialist

Data Center Team Lead – Kitting D Shift (Thurs‑Sun, 6AM‑4:30PM) Location: USA – Lockbourne, 225 Rathmell Rd Division: Solutions Pay: $27 per hour (base). Actual compensation based on experience, skills, education, certifications and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy. Responsibilities Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight to/from vehicles and containers, including management of shipping documents and records. Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight to ensure accurate part numbers, quantities and pristine condition of materials. Execute daily inventory cycle counts and place replenishment orders for critical spare parts at the datacenter. Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems. Place server racks on the datacenter floor with 100% accuracy using laser measuring devices. Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks following provided diagrams and schematics. Install rack hardware using hand, power and measuring tools. Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers and electric pallet jacks. Perform and oversee cleanup activities to ensure safety, cleanliness and adherence to 5S standards. Push, pull and lift frequently throughout the workday. Qualifications • 3‑5 years of related experience in a warehouse or datacenter environment. • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with regular interaction with customers and stakeholders. • Critical thinking and analytical skills for confident decision‑making based on data. • Experience with computers and knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge protocols. • Ability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. • Must pass any federal, state, local government, airport or company‑required background checks, clearances and drug/alcohol tests.
