Self Schedule LPN and RN

Job Summary

Westmoreland Manor, a premier Nursing Home in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, is seeking motivated and energetic LPNs and RNs to join our team! As a Self Scheduling employee, you will work a minimum of 72 hours per month, with a minimum of 24 hours worked on off-shifts and 24 hours worked on weekends. We offer a competitive hourly rate and a dynamic work environment that promotes teamwork and dedication to providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a County-owned facility

• Work collaboratively with a large, dedicated staff to deliver exceptional care

• Demonstrate physical ability to do heavy lifting

• Possess and maintain a current valid PA/Compact Nursing License

• Meet attendance rules and guidelines, as outlined in our program

• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Pay Information

• LPN: $37.12/hour (First Shift), $42.17/hour (2nd, 3rd, and Weekend Shifts)

• RN: $42.42/hour (First Shift), $47.47/hour (2nd, 3rd, and Weekend Shifts)

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalency (GED)

• Physical ability to do heavy lifting

• CHRI check done during pre-employment process

• Must possess and maintain a current valid PA/Compact Nursing License

• Prior experience in long term care required!
