Inventory Control Representative

Join Our Team as an Inventory Control Rep! Are you a detail-oriented inventory professional who thrives in a dynamic, global environment? Aleader in textile machinery and components is looking for a skilled Inventory Control Rep II to join our team under the direction of our Parts Manager. Key Responsibilities Process and monitor domestic and international purchase orders, ensuring a seamless flow of goods. Maintain accurate stock levels, bin locations, and substitution logic within our business management systems. Prepare receiving documents, stock labels, and back‑order allocations to support the warehouse team. Review vendor invoices, manage Return Authorization Forms (RAF) and credit memos, analyze tariff updates, and ensure all shipped items are properly invoiced. Investigate stock discrepancies, manage obsolete inventory, and validate new system items using advanced inquiry tools. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control and customer service functions. Proficiency with Sage X3, SAP, SECOS, Windows, MS Word, and Excel. Exceptional organizational abilities, a self‑motivated mindset, and professional communication skills. Core Functions Purchasing & Vendor Relations – process and monitor purchase orders, review invoices, and resolve pricing discrepancies. Warehouse Support – prepare receiving documents, stock labels, back‑order allocations, and perform weekly bin location maintenance. Inventory & System Maintenance – maintain accurate records, handle obsolete inventory removal, investigate discrepancies, and validate new items. Financials & Customer Service – issue RAFs and credit memos, assist with customer inquiries, process order cancellations, review tariffs, and identify shipped‑but‑not‑invoiced items. Position Type: Full‑time, Standard Non‑Exempt | Pay: $23.00–$23.99 per hour | Shift: First | Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM | Education: High School Benefits Medical, prescription, dental, vision, and life insurance (subject to eligibility).
