Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Route Service Representative Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Route Service Representatives Enjoy Comprehensive 10‑week training program Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route Majority work a 4‑day workweek Majority work no nights or weekends Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services Negotiate service agreement renewals, manage inventory, and work professionally and safely Comply with driving and vehicle regulations Requirements Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing over 10,000 lbs. Prior to the first day of employment, candidates must have an active driver’s license, be at least 21 years old, obtain a DOT medical certification, and provide documentation of previous employment.
