Position Summary Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback. Tours to teach, communicating and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations utilizing technology business initiatives, merchandising and company direction. Introduces and leads company change efforts, providing clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions and communicate business objectives to teams effectively. Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards by following and demonstrating the One Best Way service model, managing and supporting customer service initiatives including community outreach programs, ensuring customer needs, complaints, and issues are resolved, developing and implementing action plans to correct deficiencies, and providing process improvement leadership to ensure a high quality customer experience. Drives financial performance and sales of designated store area by reviewing and evaluating profit/loss statements, managing budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses. Ensures effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow and operational processes, and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals. Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, recognizing associates, and promoting a belonging mindset. Builds high‑performing teams, fosters inclusive culture, and promotes continuous learning. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supports mission values and standards of ethics and integrity, and implements open door policy. Acts with integrity by upholding Walmart values, fostering regenerative practices, and serving customers and members with data‑driven decisions. Compensation & Benefits The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
