In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to small and midsize businesses, delivering industry-leading fiber-based solutions, dedicated internet circuits (DIA), Ethernet, and advanced telecom services. New Business Development Execute a proactive hunter sales strategy, including cold calling, networking, and territory mapping to acquire new logos and expand market presence. Consultative Selling Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and positioning fiber connectivity, dedicated circuits (DIA), SD-WAN, and telecom solutions that drive business outcomes. Presentation & Communication Deliver compelling, customized presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to business owners and key decision-makers, clearly articulating value and ROI. Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships within mid-market accounts, identifying opportunities to expand and deepen customer engagement. Sales Performance Excel in a high-energy, performance-driven environment, consistently achieving or exceeding monthly quotas through strong pipeline management. Territory Growth Manage a designated territory with a focus on mid-market account penetration, utilizing both inbound leads and self-generated opportunities. Do You Have? Highly Preferred Telecom & Technical Knowledge: Experience or knowledge in telecommunications and Fiber solutions sales, including: Fiber solutions VOIP solutions Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) / dedicated circuits Ethernet and advanced connectivity services 1-2 years of professional experience (B2B or Fiber & telecom sales preferred), with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Minimum Requirements: College degree or equivalent professional-level experience (2-4 years) required. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
