Licensure & Certification Requirements Current Virginia RN License or Compact Multistate RN License in good standing Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire Education Requirements RN Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) All Direct Care RN's require BLS within 90 days of hire Job Description As a Registered Nurse with Sentara, you will excel in your career.
