Licensed Clinician Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to deliver a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Greenville, South Carolina. Clinicians with 30+ hours of availability per week are eligible for a competitive ramp stipend. About the Role We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to our clients nationwide. You may be a good fit if you are: Independently licensed in South Carolina (LPC, LMFT, LISW‑CP or Licensed Psychologist) Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools Team‑player who contributes positively to our clinical community Compensation Up to $95,300 per year, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full‑time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer‑sponsored benefits. How We Support You We handle administrative tasks—including credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing—so you can focus on delivering exceptional care. You’ll receive paid orientation and training, and build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
