Business Analysts are the key points of contact between the business teams and IT team through which the project requirements are addressed. The BA will have primary responsibilities to analyze, specify, manage, and validate the exact needs and outcomes./ppThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services operations, particularly in the areas of US equities and options trading, post-trade transaction processing, client data management and regulatory compliance. We are looking for an individual who is excited about growing our business and has strong analytical, problem-solving skills./ppEssential Responsibilities:/pulliTroubleshoot system issues and provide technical support using Broadridge BPS and other financial systems, such as FIS Loanet, Smartloan, etc./liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Broadridge BPS with other external systems./liliLiaise with external vendors, including Broadridge, to gather requirements, track project progress, and ensure timely delivery of goals./liliUnderstand and collect internal business and technical needs for optimizing middle-office and back-office performance and developing new business lines/products. Coordinate product development and management teams to verify project delivery from UAT to production./liliConduct rigorous data analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization and business expansion./liliOther ad hoc projects/tasks as assigned./li/ulpSkills:/pulliProven knowledge and experience in brokerage operations and familiarity with US stock and option trading and clearing processes, with a focus on middle and back-office systems data flow and scheme./liliStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills./liliProven experience with Broadridge BPS and familiarity with its various EOD reports./liliExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders./liliWorking knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries and communication interfaces standard protocols, like FIX and MQ./liliFamiliar with at least one programming language (Python, R, JavaScript, etc.). Able to process and calculate data under changing and fast-paced circumstances./liliWork experience in project development and management is a plus./liliAlways responsible and self-managing in work.
