We are seeking a committed Front Desk Receptionist to ensure the delivery of high‑quality support services. This position requires strong integrity, ability to multitask, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will bring good interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a dedication to supporting excellence in care.

Position Details:
Schedule : Days/Hours:  Mon-Fri 9am-4pm Total: PT 35hrs./wk.

What You’ll Do:

• Participate in ongoing communication, supporting staff
• Great attention to detail and high level of professionalism
• Order and manage inventory of office supplies for Administrative and Client Services buildings
• Put together supply orders for programs/group homes
• Receive, sort and distribute mail/package deliveries
• Receive and document cash and checks into the agency, write receipts as needed
• Data entry and filing
• Check program cameras daily to ensure camera operation and weekly for recordings
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding information

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Provide and maintain a Valid U.S. Driver’s License and insurable under company policy
• Outlook, Excel & Word experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills
