Role Description The Clinic Education Manager is responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating education programs for clinical staff in an on-site setting in Battle Ground, WA. This full-time role includes assessing training needs, creating learning materials, and coordinating orientation and ongoing skill development for multidisciplinary team members. The Clinic Education Manager collaborates with clinic leadership to ensure educational initiatives support regulatory compliance, quality standards, and best practices in renal care. Day-to-day activities may include leading staff training sessions, coaching team members on clinical protocols, tracking competencies, and documenting educational outcomes. The role also involves staying current with clinical guidelines, integrating new evidence-based practices into training content, and supporting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in clinical education, staff training, and competency assessment in a healthcare or dialysis setting. Strong skills in curriculum development, instructional design, and creating clear, accessible training materials. Effective communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse clinical teams. Organizational and time-management skills to plan, schedule, and track multiple education initiatives. Knowledge of renal care practices, dialysis treatment modalities, and relevant clinical guidelines is highly beneficial. Familiarity with regulatory and accreditation standards applicable to dialysis clinics and patient safety programs. Proficiency with basic digital tools and learning platforms used for documentation, tracking, and delivering training. Registered Nurse or other licensed clinical credential preferred; bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related healthcare field is an advantage.
