We are seeking caregivers to join our independently owned and operated national agency, whose purpose is to bring wholehearted, life-energizing care to as many people as possible - on their own terms, in their own homes. And that starts with compassionate caregivers like YOU! 

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide non-medical care to clients in their homes, including companionship

• Follow care plans and complete accurate, detailed documentation of care provided.

• Assist clients with light cleaning/housekeeping and meal preparation.

• Help clients with basic personal care, such as bathing, dressing and stand by assistance.

• Maintain consistent professional communication with clients, their family members, fellow caregivers and SYNERGY office staff

As a caregiver with us you will care for clients at their homes in our service area which includes: Minneapolis & Central Twin Cities Metro, Bloomington, Columbia Heights, Fridley, Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Edina, Richfield, Roseville, & St. Louis Park. 

To qualify for the caregiver position you will need:

• Valid driver’s license , current auto insurance and reliable transportation

• Consistency, punctuality, and commitment to your work

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Compassion, patience, and a passion for people

• Experience preferred but not required
