Customer Support Specialist

Join an entrepreneurial company disrupting the multifamily risk compliance industry – your work will have a real impact For the 11:30am-8:00pm shift, you can work remotely from 4:00pm-8:00pm Contract role expected through the end of August, with a strong possibility of permanent hire for the right fit Opportunity to help shape and improve the company’s operational platform as it grows Free parking lot onsite – no parking costs or commute stress What You’ll Do: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, handling questions, comments, and complaints across phone, email, live chat, and in-person interactions Listen to and fully understand resident concerns, then provide timely and effective resolutions – following up to confirm issues are fully resolved Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to accurately and confidently inform residents Review and manage resident accounts, making updates as needed Retrieve and distribute incoming mail in a timely manner Contribute to operational efficiency by identifying and suggesting process improvements What We’re Looking For: Strong written and verbal communication skills, you can convey information clearly and professionally in any format Active listener who takes time to fully understand what a resident needs before jumping to a solution Empathetic and patient, especially with frustrated or difficult callers – you stay calm under pressure Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and a proactive mindset when it comes to learning new systems and adapting to change #J-18808-Ljbffr Dawson
