Through this innovative care model, providers deliver acute care, support ongoing patient needs, and build trusted patient relationships while improving access, outcomes, and the overall patient experience.Position SummaryTextCare Providers deliver virtual acute care and ongoing patient support through text, phone, and video from our corporate office in Chattanooga, TN. Providers build trusted patient relationships, coordinate follow-up care, and help improve access, outcomes, and overall patient experience within a text-centered care model.Essential ResponsibilitiesDeliver virtual care through text, phone, and videoEvaluate and treat acute patient concernsProvide pharmacological treatment through electronic prescribing systemsCoordinate referrals, follow-up care, labs, and imagingMaintain continuity of care through proactive communication and follow-upCollaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient experienceRequired QualificationsAbility to work weekdays and weekends 1st or 2nd shiftCompletion of an accredited NP or PA programActive Tennessee NP or PA license – or willingness to apply for one before start-datePrescriptive authorityBLS certification1+ years of relevant clinical experiencePreferred QualificationsDEA licenseMulti-state licensureExperience in urgent care or acute care environmentsTyping speed of 65+ WPMWhy Join One to One Health?Do good, help others.
