Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in a school environment preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students referred for speech and language services using a variety of evaluation tools
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ needs
• Provide direct therapy services, consultation, and support to students, teachers, and families
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and progress monitoring
