Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Develop customized insurance quotes and present tailored solutions
- Utilize multiple sales channels, including phone, networking, and referrals
- Establish connections with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, auto dealers, and other referral sources
- Ask for referrals and explain our customer referral program
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- A coachable and resourceful individual with a genuine desire to learn
- Strong ability to build rapport and create relationships from a cold start
- Excellent multitasking, follow-through, and organizational skills
- A self-starter who works well independently and thrives in a sales-driven environment
- Previous sales experience (insurance experience is a plus, but not required)
