Staff Accountant

Staff AccountantThe Staff Accountant will be responsible for handling the full cycle of accounting duties, monitoring financial transactions, processing accounts receivable and payable, and managing invoices. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is essential for data entry and the creation of spreadsheets and reports. Responsibilities:Handle the complete cycle of accounting tasksMonitor financial transactions and generate reportsProcess accounts receivable and payable, and manage invoicesUtilize QuickBooks for data entry and financial managementConduct regular bank reconciliations, verifying transactions are recorded correctlyUse Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets and reportsManage the payroll system and handle payroll processingConduct account reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenanceAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reportsAdhere to legal standards, maintaining confidentiality and professionalismRequirements:Must have a minimum of an Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance. Bachelor's degree preferred.QuickBooks experience a MUSTExperience with basic accounting procedure such as invoicing, ledgers accounts, reconciliationMust have basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word required.
