This role is responsible for processing account-related activities, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service delivery. The Specialist plays a key role in interpreting policies and procedures, resolving service issues efficiently, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance processes and improve client experience.* Support financial professionals and clients by providing service related to incoming paperwork, account information and distributions* Communicate operational and financial industry policies and procedures* Research issues and resolve inquiries in a timely matter* Develop understanding of the policies and procedures to execute them in daily work* Adapt and adhere to Cambridge policies and core values* Collaborate with internal associates to improve procedures and templates to streamline processes # **What We Are Looking For**The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and service-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
