We are seeking a Restaurant Bartender to support a full-service bar in a casual dining environment. Reporting to the General Manager and Restaurant Manager, this role will prepare classic cocktails, spirits, and craft cocktails while delivering attentive, knowledgeable guest service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare classic cocktails, spirits, and craft cocktails.
- Take beverage and food orders accurately.
- Provide welcoming, efficient guest service.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Stock and organize the bar.
- Maintain a clean and orderly bar area.
- Verify guest identification and follow responsible alcohol service practices.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings.
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more years of bartending experience.
- Responsible beverage service certification.
- Michigan TIPS Certification.
- Michigan TAM Certification.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Cash-handling experience.
- Food safety knowledge.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a casual dining environment.
