Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN with expertise in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) to join their team in Dallas, Texas. This travel assignment offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-acuity environment focusing on pediatric cardiac care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care

• Provide compassionate and empathetic care to pediatric patients
• Manage central lines, arterial lines, and transthoracic lines
• Care for patients with congenital heart disease and their post-operative management
• Participate in procedures such as intubation/extubation and conscious sedation
• Assist in ECMO cannulation and decannulation, as well as CRRT
• Contribute to sternal closures and manual PD

Requirements of the RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care

• 1 year of Pediatric CICU/CVICU experience as a staff nurse
• 3-4 contracts in a dedicated pediatric CICU
• 2 years minimum PICU experience as a staff nurse
• PALS, BLS, ACLS certifications
