About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP for Commercial Power Solutions, a key role focused on business development within the technology and hyperscale infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving new customer acquisition, particularly among energy-intensive organizations at the forefront of innovation, such as those involved in large-scale computer infrastructure, data centers, and AI platforms. This leadership position requires the ability to identify and secure strategic relationships, owning the entire process from lead generation to deal closure, and ensuring that clients have access to reliable, distributed power solutions for their mission-critical operations. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with a preference for 12-15+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships within power, energy, infrastructure, or adjacent sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in landing and growing enterprise accounts, with a focus on hyperscalers, tech platforms, or large-scale industrial users. Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate complex procurement cycles are essential. Experience in the data center ecosystem or with large-scale energy infrastructure buyers, as well as technical fluency in distributed power systems, grid interconnection, or related engineering domains, are also highly valued.
