We're looking for motivated, results-oriented people to join our team.As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be drafting business and functional requirements for development, maintenance, and support of ICE’s Authentication and Authorization platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a technologist to showcase their problem-solving skills and help determine product road map. This role requires frequent interactions with operations, technology, business development, quality assurance, sales and other stakeholders, to ensure delivery of a world class application to our users.ResponsibilitiesWork independently and productively to create quality documentation and original content resource material for intellectual property development. Collect product requirements input directly from operations, technology, business development, and sales, frame this input into the capabilities of ICE's system architecture and software offering, and translate into firm development requirements following appropriate Software processes and standardsDevelop requirements and analysis artifacts including use-cases, activity diagrams, user-interface schematics, business rules, technical specifications, process flows, and API documentationExtract and analyze data using tools such as SQL, Excel and other data mining toolsLead the model definition process, serving as a business analyst to collect and analyze data for use in analytical models.Assist Project Management with prioritization and tracking the implementation of system requirements.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills thereby establishing and managing relationships at all levels with business and IT subject matter experts, internal and external stakeholdersAssist Operations with incident resolution.Adhere to company cybersecurity policies, and protect confidential customer information and the company’s intellectual propertyStudy new technology and remain technically currentKnowledge and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, MIS, or related discipline6+ years of experience in Business analysisMust possess excellent written and oral communication skillsTechnical and functional business writing skills requiredAbility to provide guidance for application integrations and product solutionsDetail-oriented with demonstrated ability to write unambiguous requirements that do not imply designAbility to effectively facilitate requirements gathering sessions, reviews and issue resolution involving multiple stakeholdersExperience/familiarity with Single Sign-On, SAML, OPENID Connect, OAUTH, PASSKEYS and other authentication/authorization technologiesDemonstrates strong technical aptitude and understanding of how technologies impact deliveryMust be results-oriented and self-motivatedMust possess a good working knowledge of software testing and building high quality softwareMust be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio) with strong Excel skills required.Must be proficient in SQL, Excel and other related toolsAbility to proactively identify, report, and attack risks to project delivery using principles of iterative managementProven organizational skills with strong commitment to customer service and product deliveryContinually seeks to reduce costs and time to market; suggests and shares innovative ideas that have practical application, especially regarding system performance and functionalityAbility to execute and refine database queries for data analysisAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environmentAbility to be adaptable to changes in priority and direction, while also enforcing change control procedures to ensure requirements changes aren't ad hoc, and are realized by the release team and stakeholdersUnderstanding of basic statistical and data mining approaches and terms a plusWork Experience with Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD) or Ping is preferredExperience with Claude/Co-Pilot is preferred#LI-JW1 Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
