The position assumes that the incumbent has both the mental and physical requirements to carry out the duties defined above.Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering is required5+ years of leadership, management, and/or project management experience in Construction Materials Testing and/or Geotechnical is requiredInternal PMCP completion within 6 months of hirePrior personnel management, hiring and training experience requiredEnhanced Computer SkillsMust be customer focused and quality drivenAbility to communicate and interact effectively in verbal & written communicationMay travel up to 15% of timeValid Driver's License and reliable driving record requiredPreferred Requirements & Qualifications:Previous staff management experience and P&L responsibilities highly preferredMulti-sector (private, municipal, FDOT) experience preferredFlorida P.E.
