Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties under the guidance of senior agents
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers
• Research and analyze market trends to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information
• Prepare and present real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and closing statements
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and other real estate professionals
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to develop industry knowledge and sales skills
• Utilize company CRM and marketing tools to manage client information and promote listings effectively

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license or in the process of obtaining one
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients find their ideal homes
• Basic understanding of real estate market trends and property values
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Proficient in using technology and real estate software tools
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
