In fact, we're among the world's top 5 players in activewear basics, the world's leading manufacturer of seamless garments, and one of Canada's leading sock manufacturers.The Business Analyst, Walmart & Target supports the sales organization through item setup and maintenance, omni-channel performance tracking, and day-to-day office operations. This role translates POS, category, consumer, and competitive data into clear business implications, maintains data integrity across internal systems and both retailer portals, and enables informed decision-making and operational efficiency for the Walmart US and Target businesses.Responsibilities:Reporting & Business HealthCreate, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly POS omni-channel reporting using Scintilla & TargetBuild and maintain recurring scorecards for internal leadership and external customer top-to-top meetings on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadenceProduce ad-hoc reporting accurately and distribute on time to internal and external customersConduct ad-hoc analysis with curiosity and agility to uncover improvement opportunities and business growthCustomer & Category InsightsRepresent the voice of the customer internally to inform brand, innovation, and go-to-market decisionsConduct market visits and retail audits to support business planning and account growthCollaborate with Sales on customer presentations, line reviews, and Quarterly Business ReviewsAnalyze price gaps to competition, everyday and promoted price architecture, to support pricing recommendationsSupport promotional planning, submission, and post-event analysisItem Management & Data IntegrityManage new item setup, item maintenance, and change forms for Walmart across Supplier One and ScintillaManage Target item listing, setup, and ongoing maintenanceSupport e-commerce item setup, content maintenance, and business development across Walmart.com and Target.comMonitor and resolve item, cost, and purchase order discrepancies with internal cross-functional partners and retailer contactsShowroom & Team SupportServe as the day-to-day point of contact for the Bentonville showroom and office, including receiving samples, supplies, equipment, and workspace needsSupport meeting logistics for internal team meetings and customer visits, including scheduling, materials preparation, and room setupPartner daily with the sales team to understand priorities and provide effective business supportRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience1–3 years of sales analytics, category management, commercial analytics, or retail analytics experienceStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret POS, category, market share, and shopper data into actionable recommendationsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Power BI experience is a plusExperience with retail and syndicated data tools; Scintilla preferredWalmart Retail Link, Supplier One, or Item 360 (i360) experience preferredTarget Partners Online (POL) experience preferred; Target item setup and vendor item management experience is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail, organization, and commitment to data integrityStrong project-management and prioritization skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong team collaboration; able to contribute and progress work with limited day-to-day oversightPositive attitude, self motivated to improve processes and willingness to embrace change as our business grows
