Quality Inspector – Manufacturing
Glastonbury, CT | 1st Shift | $18–$21/hr DOE

Are you an experienced Quality Inspector who takes pride in maintaining high manufacturing standards? We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to join a growing manufacturing team in Glastonbury, CT. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a quality-focused background who enjoys working in a production environment where precision and consistency matter.

Location: Glastonbury, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $18–$21/hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of manufactured parts and finished products
• Verify products meet customer specifications and quality standards
• Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and production documentation
• Use hand tools and measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Identify, document, and report quality concerns or non-conforming materials
• Support production by ensuring compliance with established quality procedures
• Maintain accurate inspection records and a clean, organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Experience using precision measuring equipment
• Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Dependable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
