About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its Executive Leadership Team and provide strategic financial leadership in support of the institution's mission. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, cash management, human resources, and risk management. This role requires a mature Christian commitment, a passion for the company's mission, and a service-oriented, collaborative approach. The CFO will work closely with the Head of School, the Board Finance Committee, and other senior leaders to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, be a Certified Public Accountant, and have a minimum of 3 years' CFO experience or 7 years in a high-level financial role. A Master's degree and additional experience in a similar educational or non-profit setting are preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a calm demeanor. They should be able to lead the development of financial strategies, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. The CFO will also be involved in the school's community, leading the Financial Assistance Committee, and participating in various school events.
