Responsibilities: Administrative assistant, establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed, provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, promote successful and long-lasting customer relations, help our Agency grow through customer acquisition and retention, demonstrate a strong work ethic and attendance, ability to be part of a team focused environment and support meeting agency goals, willingness and ability to learn, and to follow directions of Team Leaders.

Qualifications: Complete two pre-employment assessments about 30 mins each, 3 years work experience, self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team, able to produce results, ability to multi-task, experience managing client relationships, able to effectively relate to a customer, bilingual - Spanish preferred, Md State insurance licensing required.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
