Power BI Analyst

Primary Responsibilities Support FLARE regulatory reporting, analytics, and Data Quality (DQ) monitoring initiatives. Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting. Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI and MicroStrategy dashboards and reports. Design, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, including use of CTEs and window functions, for reporting and analytics needs. Monitor and manage data quality controls, validations, and issue resolution. Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and product teams to deliver actionable insights. Continuously improve reporting frameworks and data processes in alignment with Agile delivery practices. RequiredTechnical Skills Advanced SQL skills with strong proficiency in CTEs, window functions, query optimization, and performance tuning. Hands-on experience with MicroStrategy dashboard development. Strong working knowledge of BigQuery and PostgreSQL. Experience in regulatory reporting environments. Expertise in Data Quality (DQ) monitoring and validation. Proficiency in automating reporting processes. Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
