Facility Locations Branson: 525 Branson Landing Blvd., Branson, Missouri, 65616 Branson Hills: 1601 Branson Hills Pkwy, Missouri, 65616 Department 1414 Patient Registration Branson Schedule Weekly Hours: 24 Hours: 8:00am-8:30pm Work Shift: Rotating Job Description The Registration Specialist is responsible for assisting patients during the on‑site registration and arrival process for scheduled and unscheduled visits and completing financial clearance functions. Assist patients and collect accurate demographic and insurance information. Handle patient financial obligations at the time of service. Perform financial clearance on assigned scheduled accounts during registration downtimes. Greet and serve patients and internal team members professionally, friendly, and respectfully. Travel between sites and work extended hours as required by business needs. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Preferred 1‑2 years of prior registration experience. Proficient in using computers and computer systems. Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with the public and co‑workers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
