Job Duties Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and components across Crown buildings. Assist with installation and maintenance of electrical systems (110V–480V). Diagnose facility issues, source or fabricate parts, and complete repairs efficiently. Support other Facilities team members as needed and maintain organized, clean work areas (5S). Follow all environmental, health, and safety standards, report unsafe conditions, and perform other assigned duties. Minimum Qualifications 2–4 years previous experience required. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to safely operate lift trucks and work in areas of lift truck traffic.
