As one of the largest skilled nursing facilities (SNF) in Colorado, we pride ourselves on being the top choice for rehabilitation and 24-hour skilled nursing care.**What to expect:**Create and lead activities for patients, engage patients in meaningful programs, work as a Team with the Activities Department.
