What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage customers face-to-face and guide them through service options and pricing
- Conduct in-store sales consultations to match customers with the right solutions
- Create and manage customer accounts using a CRM system
- Follow up with new and existing customers to strengthen relationships
- Identify customer needs, address concerns, and confidently close sales
- Maintain strong product knowledge to clearly communicate value
- Assist with sales strategy execution and promotional campaigns
- Partner with leadership and internal teams to improve processes and support expansion
