Work in a fast-paced office environment and communicate directly with customers daily. Comprehensive on‑job training will be provided. Check artwork file quality, correct defects, and provide proof to customers. Follow up sales leads and provide solutions. Answer incoming phone calls, online chat, and email inquiries. Timely packing and shipping of packages as required. Monitor turnaround, resolve product or service problems in time and identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues. Other Responsibilities Seasonally assist with websites, marketing, or sales tasks assigned by supervisor. Help create templates, pictures, and videos of products and update website product listings and social media content. Periodically provide suggestions to improve products and service quality. Recommend potential products or services to management by analyzing customer needs. Establish and maintain effective team relationships. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes. Qualifications Must have a positive, can‑do attitude and be eager to learn and grow. Must be highly organized, a strong multi‑tasker with great attention to detail. Good Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills are required. Can multi‑task and perform well in a fast‑paced office environment. 1-2 years of customer service, sales, marketing, or customer retention experience is preferred. Experience in marketing, advertising, trade show exhibits, sign installation, print shop, or graphic design is a plus. Physical Demands Ability to lift 50 or more pounds. Flexibility to stand or lean over a waist‑high table to inspect, install or pack packages.
