Now Hiring Physical Therapist Assistant – Outpatient Clinic Advanced Rehabilitation, Inc. 5 E Christmas Blvd Suite D, Santa Claus, IN 47579 Overview Due to growth, Advanced Rehabilitation is now hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Santa Claus, IN. Full‑time (up to 40 hours per week) is preferred. Part‑time candidates with a minimum of 24 hours over three days a week will also be considered. New grads will receive support and mentorship. Caseload / Patient Population The Physical Therapist Assistant will treat a general orthopedic caseload including work injuries, post‑surgical cases, and sports injuries. Full‑time PTAs are expected to see 12–14 patients in an 8‑hour day, with most appointments in 40‑minute slots ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour. Compensation and Benefits Full‑time hourly rate: $23–$30 per hour, including base pay and production incentive. Comprehensive benefits package. Work Schedule The clinic is generally open Monday–Thursday: 8 am–6 pm and Friday: 8 am‑3 pm. No weekends or holidays. A flexible schedule can be arranged based on clinic needs. Job Requirements Eligibility for Indiana state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Prior outpatient orthopedics experience preferred. Full‑time (40 hours/week) preferred; part‑time (24 hours/week) also considered.
