Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Ambassador in Seattle WA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a government location where you will monitor assigned areas conduct routine patrols and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring agile and reliable team that puts people first values integrity and brings innovation to daily operations.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors passengers and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a public transportation location.
• Respond to incidents service calls and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or supervisors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of stations platforms parking areas entrances and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points public areas and restricted locations providing direction and information while following post orders and government location protocols.
• Support crowd management and public assistance during peak travel periods service disruptions and/or special events while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 or more years of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
