For Counsel roles, active bar membership in good standing or eligibility to waive into the Texas bar is needed. Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent. Deep understanding of organic chemistry, polymers, and downstream oil and gas operations. Experience in patent portfolio management, drafting formal opinions on IP matters, and performing IP evaluations.
