AR/VR Unity Developer

Overview AR/VR Unity Developer role located in Woonsocket, RI (Onsite). Duration: 12+ Months. The resource should be available onshore during store timings from 8 AM EST to 6 PM EST. This position supports Meta Oculus headset work, including code changes, enhancements, and bug fixes. Core Responsibilities Design and develop interactive AR/VR/MR applications using Unity. Implement enhancements and bug fixes for existing immersive modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate conversational AI and Copilot Studio features. Optimize performance for Oculus and other headsets across platforms. Technical Skills PROFICIENCY IN UNITY AND C# SCRIPTING. Experience with ARKit, ARCore, and Oculus SDKs. Familiarity with 3D modeling tools and asset pipelines. Understanding of spatial computing and mixed reality environments. Project Objectives and Capabilities Objective: Enhance the effectiveness of employee training programs by integrating AI-driven interactions within AR and VR environments. Dynamic Scenario Generation: Use Copilot Studio to create custom GPTs that generate dialogues and scenarios based on real-time user interactions within the AR/VR environment. Voice and Language Processing: Process natural language inputs from users, enabling voice commands or questions for hands-free interaction. Integration with Business Systems: Connect training modules to HR and LMS systems using Copilot Studio connectors to track progress and certifications. Increased Engagement: AI-powered AR/VR training modules enhance engagement and information retention. Scalability: Scale training modules to accommodate a growing workforce with minimal resource investment. Data-Driven Insights: Gather data on performance and learning preferences for continuous improvement. Qualifications Experience in Unity and C# scripting. Proficiency in ARKit, ARCore, and Oculus SDKs. Familiarity with 3D modeling tools and asset pipelines. Understanding of spatial computing and mixed reality environments.
