Golisano Children's Hospital of SWFL - Lee Health is seeking a Medical Director of Pediatric Primary Care. Golisano Children’s Hospital is a modern, state‑of‑the‑art facility delivering vital pediatric care throughout Southwest Florida, serving more than 1,800 hospital beds across four acute care hospitals and one children’s hospital. Responsibilities This hybrid role (50% administrative, 50% clinical) provides professional guidance and oversight to pediatric primary care physicians and advanced practice providers. Core responsibilities include excellence in care delivery, performance on value‑based contracts, customer experience enhancement, implementation of best practices, and monitoring of quality metrics for a growing group of 30+ physicians and advanced providers across 8 offices. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of clinical practice in pediatric primary care. Board certification in a specialty or subspecialty recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties.
