Member Service & Engagement Specialist II
YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta
The YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta is seeking a Member Service Representative Level 2 to deliver excellent service to members in the Northwest Cobb area. You will greet members, assist with memberships, and respond to inquiries while upholding safety policies and branch standards. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to balance multiple tasks. Training in Traction Rec is required within 30 days of hire, with a values-driven workplace and #J-18808-Ljbffr YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta
