Caregiver

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional home care services to our clients in Ann Arbor, MI. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Help with mobility and transfers as needed
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor clients’ health condition and report any changes to supervisors or medical professionals
• Adhere to care plans and follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous caregiving or related experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting or assisting with mobility
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor
• Must pass background check
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
