Engineering Tech Support Associate - Software & Lab Tools

Simpson Strong-Tie Company Inc.

Simpson Strong-Tie is seeking an Associate Technical Support Representative in Riverside, CA. You will be the frontline technical support for all products, software, and services, assisting engineers and external customers with inquiries and test reports. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of Microsoft Office experience, and the ability to interpret structural drawings.
