is hiring now for a Customer Experience Specialist to help create a welcoming, professional, and enjoyable experience for our customers throughout our dealership.

In this role, you will greet and assist customers, answer questions, help guide them through the vehicle shopping process, and support the sales and customer experience teams with follow-up and communication. This is a people-focused position ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced team environment.

Whether you come from hospitality, retail, restaurants, fitness, bartending, customer service, or another customer-facing background , we provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome customers and create a positive dealership experience
  • Assist guests throughout the vehicle shopping process
  • Build relationships with customers through strong communication and follow-up
  • Answer questions and provide information about vehicles and dealership services
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Help contribute to dealership customer satisfaction goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous customer-facing experience preferred but not required
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, fitness, or sales experience is a plus
  • Customer-focused personality with a drive to succeed
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with high energy
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort using computers, CRM systems, and scheduling tools
  • Reliable, punctual, and teamâ€'oriented work ethic
