This position is ideal for a senior water resources professional with experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering nature-based solutions, green stormwater infrastructure, ecological restoration (stream, lakes, and wetland), constructed wetlands, resilient parks/open space, and watershed improvement projects from planning and funding strategy through design, permitting, construction documents, stakeholder engagement, and construction-phase support. To Learn More Visit: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams to deliver stormwater, watershed, ecological restoration, and climate resilience projects. Serve as project manager, senior technical lead, or design lead for planning, design, permitting, and construction-phase assignments involving green stormwater infrastructure, low impact development (LID), constructed wetlands, stream and shoreline restoration, resilient parks, public open space, trails, boardwalks, and related civil/environmental infrastructure. Oversee hydrologic and hydraulic analyses/modeling, watershed assessments, floodplain evaluations, stormwater BMP sizing, water quality treatment evaluations, alternatives analyses, and design documentation using tools such as SWMM, InfoSWMM, PC-SWMM, XP-SWMM, HydroCAD, WinSLAMM, HEC-RAS, and GIS-based workflows.
