About our Agency: Our agency opened in 2021 and is a growing team of five focused on building a strong, high-performing environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Director of Sales for a bread company and was driven by the opportunity to own my own business and create better career opportunities for others.

I'm a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Business Management, happily married with one child, and enjoy golf and college football. We stay involved in the community as a member and ambassador of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
