This role offers the chance to work with advanced technology and engage in a variety of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest standards of patient care within the operating room.
• Scrub and circulate for a diverse array of cases, including general surgery, robotics, pediatrics, and trauma.
• Maintain efficiency and safety during surgical procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
• Experience in circulating and operating room roles is essential.
• Scrub experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in General, DaVinci Robotics, Pediatrics, and Trauma cases is required.
• Additional experience in Neurology, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Urology, Transplants, Plastics, ENT, and Vascular is preferred.
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical systems within the last 3 years is required.
• Trauma Level II experience is necessary; Level I experience is highly preferred.
• Must have completed a travel assignment within the last 15 months.
• Active Iowa/IA license or compact/multistate license is required at the time of application.
• AHA/ARC BLS certification is mandatory.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required (medical and religious exemptions may be considered).
