Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse - $2,513 per week

Job Description & Requirements Prime Staffing is seeking an RN OR (Operating Room) travel nurse for a 13‑week assignment starting July 21, 2026, in San Francisco, California. Specialty: OR – Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours (Day 4x10) (06:45 – 17:15) Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Scrub and circulate in orthopedics, ENT, ophthalmology, general, endoscopic/laparoscopic, gynecologic, plastic, and podiatry surgeries. Manage airway and maintain aseptic technique during procedures. Participate in a wide range of OR interventions, including but not limited to abdominal/vaginal hysterectomy, laparoscopic assisted gynecologic procedures, arthroscopy, joint replacement, cranial and facial surgeries, and other surgical tasks. Float to other UCSF facilities as required, ensuring readiness for unit or department reassignment. Adhere to travel nursing guidelines, including the 13‑week contract and 40‑hour weekly schedule. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of OR experience with strong orthopedic and scrubbing expertise. Current California RN license and BSN degree. Certifications: ACLS, BLS (and BHA as required). COVID‑19 vaccination required with booster; flu vaccine strongly encouraged. Two recent employer references available at the time of submission. Willingness to meet travel compliance requirements such as RTO approval and float assignments. Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40‑hour weekly schedule.
