That's where you come in.What You'll Actually Be Doing:Operating excavators and skid steers (not just watching someone else do it).Installing premium hardscapes, water features, retaining walls, and rockeries.Working directly under a Site Manager—leading and motivating your crew.Reading plans, setting grades, and keeping sites tight and professional.Building projects you'll actually want to show your friends.What We Need From You:3+ years landscape construction experience (you know the difference between a compactor and a jackhammer).Heavy equipment skills—excavators, skid steers, etc.Valid driver's license + reliable transportation.The grit to work outdoors year-round (yes, even in Seattle winters).Leadership potential and a no-drama attitude.Bilingual?
